As long-term apartment investors, Cypress Asset Management is tasked with the maximization of our apartment assets’ performance while also improving and regularly extending their economic life. We manage via the use of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). OKRs force us to identify what we seek to achieve. We then benchmark and monitor how we achieve the Objective via a series of Key Results.
